You place orders online through the available catalogue. Where goods are shipped internationally, you may be regarded as the importer of record in the destination country. A sale becomes final after confirmation by email and receipt of the total payment.

Before you place an order, we make available the information required by applicable consumer law, including the main characteristics of the products, prices, delivery arrangements, cancellation rights and applicable guarantees.
Article 5 — Electronic signature
Final confirmation of an order constitutes an electronic signature and acceptance of the transaction. If you suspect fraudulent use of your payment card, contact contact@wrenella.com immediately and contact your payment provider.
Article 6 — Product information
Products on https://wrenella.com/ are described as accurately as reasonably possible. If there is a minor error in a description, the seller will not be liable where permitted by law. Product visuals are non-contractual and illustrative only.
Article 7 — Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, they may exclude import duties, customs charges or local taxes applicable in the destination country. Standard shipping is free worldwide.
If customs charges apply, you may be asked to pay them to the relevant authority or carrier. The allocation of any such charges will be as stated at checkout and subject to applicable law.

Payment is due immediately by payment card or any other payment method made available at checkout. We reserve the right to request reasonable identity-verification information to help prevent fraud.
Article 9 — Delivery

If a parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, you should refuse it where possible or make clear, specific reservations with the carrier. Please notify Wrenella as soon as reasonably possible at contact@wrenella.com.
Returns must not be sent to an address without prior authorisation. Please follow the return procedure in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Article 10 — Delivery errors
Any claim concerning a wrong product or non-conformity should be made as soon as reasonably possible at contact@wrenella.com, with supporting information or photographs where available.
Article 11 — Guarantees and statutory rights
You benefit from any statutory consumer rights and guarantees that apply under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Article 12 — Cancellation and returns
You have 60 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return an eligible product in accordance with our commercial returns policy. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is your responsibility, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.
